Lisa is a 1983 graduate of the Jack Kelly School of Real Estate and began her real estate career working in the Vacation Resort industry. As a former business owner, Lisa understands the importance of customer service and takes great pride in going above and beyond the expectations of her clients, not to include her deep understanding of the importance of providing the best possible experience and service to her clients with her commitment and attention to detail.
 
Lisa is member of the Morgantown Board of Realtors, West Virginia Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors and currently serves on the Community Service and Social Committees for her local board, and is a Graduate of Realtor Institute, GRI designation.
 
Lisa was raised Lisa Ryan in the rural Gibbon Glade, PA area and has lived in Morgantown for 31 years. She is a mother of two grown sons, Ryan and Jason Nicholson. Lisa, and her husband Jeff, enjoy WVU sports, touring wineries and cooking. They attend Chestnut Ridge Church and reside in the Cheat Lake area.
